Justin Sumter taps Reginaldo Felix

Sumter pulls of a submission in the second round after being absolutely destroyed in the first. Yves Levigne (ref) allowed the first round to continue after Felix dropped Sumter numerous times and had him wobble for 3+ minutes straight. I don't know how Sumter survived the first round but he managed to come back and finish the fight! Post fight interview, Sumter admits he had no recollection of what happened in the first round and says he was surprised there was a round 2 at all!
