Kemran Lachinov snaps Kastriot Xhema's Knee

Technical (verbal) submission by Xhema after his knee snapped in a kneebar transition on the ground. Yuck! Xhema was unable to use his leg to get back to his feet or to exit the cage. Lachinov's expression was "sorry, not sorry" as he waited to get his hand raised. I'm sure his intention was NOT to physically injure Xhema but that's what happens when people are too tough to tap. Unfortunately, Lachinov didn't even have the kneebar locked on yet but Xhema's knee got twisted during the scramble.
